Watches of Switzerland’s new flagship store in Broadgate handed over in November 2020. On the same day the refurbishment and extension of their existing flagship store in Knightsbridge was also completed. MPA acted as quantity surveyor and contract administrator on both these projects which also included Rolex boutiques.

CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) OFFICE UPDATE
We are pleased to announce that from 6 July 2020, following the guidance from the government on loosening the lockdown restrictions, MPA are reopening the office and have adapted to include all safety measures as encouraged.
However, with significant numbers of cases still prevalent across the UK, and with a real risk of localised flare-ups and even a second wave of the pandemic, we are still aiming to minimise any risks by attending meetings online where possible and limiting any face-to-face meetings.

Following the government guidance for working safely during coronavirus, we have taken steps to protect our staff, colleagues and clients by moving to a work-from-home basis. We will also be reducing any contact time by attending meetings by video conferencing, and where required any attendance for site meetings or office based meeting which cannot be done by other means, we will be following all Health & Safety guidelines and maintaining Social Distancing.
Whilst the office is closed, we can still be contacted on the same telephone numbers or by email. We aim to maintain our current service level, but please be aware that it may take longer than usual to process paper documents, and letters sent to us by post will be responded to as soon as possible after collection.

Watches of Switzerland appoint MPA as QS
MPA have been appointed by Watches of Switzerland Group to work as QS & CA on three projects in London.
Stores within the refurbished turbine hall at Battersea Power Station, within the regenerated Broadgate Circle and a refurbishment of their Regent Street store are set to open in late 2019 and into 2020.
El Pastor In Coal Drops Yard Opens
The latest restaurant concept from the owners of Quo Vadis and Barrafina, El Pastor has opened in Coal Drops yard, Kings Cross.
Designed by Michaelis Boyd, the concept pays homage to the vibrancy of Mexico, incorporating powerful architectural and design elements to create truly authentic dining experiences.
MPA Gets A Lucky Voice
MPA have been appointed by Lucky Voice as Project Manager and Cost Consultants for their newest karaoke bar in Chancery Lane.
Lucky Voice is one of London's best private karaoke bars thanks to a top notch roster of rooms, and an enviable party playlist, and the newest venture aims to build on the previous bars and elevate the brand.
The works are to upgrade and refurbish an existing karaoke bar to bring the 'Lucky Voice' branding and technology to the site. Works are scheduled for 4 weeks to open in early Summer 2018.
