MPA have recently acted as cost consultants on a 50 room boutique hotel in the heart of Notting Hill.

The project comprised refurbishment of existing hotel accommodation within 4 townhouses into a single hotel joined by the formation of a new reception and bar area linking the properties. The project was handed over in several phases to achieve the earliest handover date possible.
