This large scale project covered almost the entire second floor of the Fortnum & Mason building on Piccadilly, London and was designed as a space for smaller, independent perfumery and ladies nightwear brands to display their products in a specialist department.
A key feature of the project is the large perfume dispensary, created in glass and polished brass, which anchors the room. The bespoke, sculptural piece was commissioned by Fortnum & Mason to Waldo Works and their artist partner.
MPA were appointed as QS and CA, and were heavily involved in cost engineering the scheme to meet the budget requirements from the Client.
